Victory Pipeline

The Victory Pipeline is being constructed in two phases and will bring water from the Duchesne Valley Water Treatment Plant on Starvation Reservoir and serve a number of water districts and municipalities. Phase I of the transmission pipeline is complete and drinking water is available for distribution to those entities within that service area. The culinary water project consisted of the installation of more than 86,000 linear ft. of pipeline ranging in size from 30 to 22 inches, along with 17 butterfly valve vaults, and 49 three to-eight inch diameter air or vacuum valves.

W.W. Clyde and Co was the general contractor and Jones and Demille Engineering was the engineering firm.
